How long is shipping?
Items shipped from our warehouse (includes all toys, books, teaching aid, education supplements, Santa Clause letters, stuffed animals, and our printed/custom clothing have a turn around time of five business days during busy season. Otherwise most items ship out in three business days or less. Our turn around time on the clothing is a bit longer due to we make the item after you order!
Our mommy and me Mama Bird Co items ship from Austin, TX with a turnaround time of 4-7 business days.
Maternity & nursing clothing ships from Washington with a 2-7 business day turn around time.
All of our AnnLoren items ship directly from them with a 3-7 business day turn around time.
All of our designed onesies are shipped from a partnering warehouse with a turn around time of 2-5 business days.
Our A Mother's Secret tab items ship in 1-2 business days of fulfillment. Fulfillment may take 24 hours.
I only received a partial of my order. Will I receive the rest of my order?
You may receive some items in different packaging. We ship most of the items out of our main location. Items that are the designed onesies, Ann Loren, Mama Bird & Co, A Mother's Secret items, maternity and nursing clothing all ship from a separate location/warehouse.
Why does everything not ship from the same location?
We are a small business. We are here to grow! We do want to support other small businesses though! Our printed onesies come directly from the supplier and made in the USA. It is the fastest shipping and largest selection if we partner with them to ship to you directly. We use Mama Bird & Co as a partner who prints only after orders are made. They are printing just for you just like us! We love to support other small business mamas. We hope you do too! Which is why we also work with Ann Loren that makes all their items since 2006. They are twin sisters and mamas who started their company right out of their own home. Their design choices will get your children complements every time they were a Ann Loren design. Just like that we also partnered with a mama rocking it out in maternity wear to help bring a wide selection to you all at an affordable price. Having all these items ship directly from them helps save on overall cost to keep prices down and offer a large selection than we could keep on hand.
Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
